Instructions for Oral Presentations

Each talk will be allocated 15 minutes, which includes 12 minutes of oral presentation and 3 minutes discussion. Please be aware of the short time available and prepare your talks accordingly. Please prepare your presentations in a Power Point (ppt, pptx) or a pdf format.

These should be provided to the IT assistant in the room for your presentation well in advance of the start of your session. Please also make yourself known to the session chairs.

Instructions for Posters

Posters will be displayed over both days of the Conference. Please make sure that you hang your poster on the allocated board. This can be done on the afternoon of Monday 17th (15.00-17.00) or on the morning of Tuesday 18th December. Your poster will be assigned a number in advance, matching that on the poster board.

The poster board usable space will be suitable for an A0 paper size in Portrait layout (up to 1189mm height and 841mm width).

Nano poster presentations

For the first time we are giving poster presenters the opportunity to advertise their posters with a 1 minute nano presentation at the end of the oral sessions. This should consist of 1 slide and although not compulsory we encourage poster presenters take up this opportunity to advertise their work. Poster presenters have been provided with a slot at the end each oral session to give their presentation.

If you would like to contact the conveners together, you are able to do so by emailing
